All photo services are charged at a rate of $100/hour. Our minimum is a 15 minute charge at $25, and we charge in 15 minute increments thereafter. We do not begin any services until an estimate has been approved by our customer. If an estimate proves to be incorrect, we will not overcharge but may undercharge. Please note, not all estimates can be conducted without viewing the negative or photograph in person by a Hazel Images representative.
ESTIMATE VIA EMAIL
Estimates can be conducted in the form of a scanned photograph emailed directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do write estimates to potential customers who do not provide complete contact information, including their full name. Please note scanned photographs or snapshots taken of damaged photographs do not always allow for accurate estimates. If more damage is found, you will be immediately notified before we begin our services.

Hazel Images operates using Square technology. Payments will be taken in the form of credit cards and cash only. Personal checks are not accepted. If you are unable to pay in any of these forms, please contact Mackenzie at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further options.
